What has been your fondest memory of your high school career?

I would probably say it would be attending all of the events like sports games, and theatre events that we have at the school. Pretty much any event we had at the school I attended, so those are probably my fondest memory.

When you are not at school, what are some of your favorite things to do in Athens?

Well, it would probably be going out to eat. Other things before Covid happened would probably be going to all the festivals around the downtown area. My favorite would be AthFest.

If you could see any musician or any band, anywhere, who would it be and where?

I would probably want to see a whole music festival with different genres and different people. Maybe Made in America in Philadelphia.

Do you have a favorite movie or remember the first movie you saw in a movie theatre?

My favorite is the Fast and Furious franchise. There are 8 out right now, but the Fast & Furious 9 will drop this year. I can’t wait to see it!

Do you have a favorite book or a book you remember fondly from your childhood?

I have a book I was given back in middle school to read which was All the Light You Cannot See by Anthony Doerr. Definitely a great book!

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

It would be to Dubai because I just feel like Dubai has the best scenery and all the tall buildings. I can just imagine being inside one of the tallest buildings and looking out at the view.

What advice would you give to someone just starting high school?

I would probably tell them to go in being yourself and only worry about yourself because in the end you are only going to have yourself to rely on. Try new things and join any club you want. Try to be interactive while being in high school because it will make your high school experience more fun.

What is something interesting about you that maybe most people don’t know?

I like to travel and eat new things. You could say I am an adventurous eater. When I went to Florida, I went to different seafood places and tried things such as clams for the first time. Trying that would probably be one of my favorites because I had never tried clams before. Other than that, I love shrimp, crab legs, salmon, oysters and all that.

If you could have lunch with anyone, dead or alive, who would it be and where?

Chadwick Bozeman and it would be in Dubai just because that was one of his favorite places to travel to and I’ve never been there.

What three words or phrases come to mind when you think of the word “home”?

A place (that is) always there.
